Mr. Daniel Gase, CCIM CRB
President & Broker Coldwell Banker
Uptown Realty
1115 East Front Street
Port Angeles, WA 98362
Dear Mr. Gase:
I am writing this letter to you on behalf of my wife, Beth, and myself
regarding the service provided to us by Kathy Brown of your office. We had
decided to move to the Port Angeles area some time ago and contacted Kathy to
assist with finding a home, or property that met our requirements. I was
familiar with Kathy, as she had provided assistance to my employer for a new
fire station in the past.
After looking at homes for approximately six months my wife and I realized
that building a home might better fit our needs. Kathy worked in a quick
and professional manner to identify and present many sites suitable for a
single-family residence. Kathy was tireless in her efforts and very
sensitive to our needs. Service was provided with a smile and a positive
attitude at all times. When something did not seem quite right Kathy
provided insight and suggestions that ensured that we knew what was presented
was true and accurate. She assisted us through the entire purchase process
and followed up after the purchase to verify that all of the details had been
taken care of.
Not only are we happy with Kathy as a REALTORŪ
, but we feel we have gained a
good friend as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Kathy to anyone
looking for a home or land in Clallam County. Kathy is a real pro.
Sincerely,
Jon & Beth Bugher |

CLALLAM COUNTY
RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 2
P.O. Box 1391
Port Angeles, Washington 98362
(360) 452-7725
FAX: (360) 452-9235
Dear Kathy,
On
behalf of the Board of Commissioners and myself, I wish to
extend to you a "WELL DONE" in assisting the
District with the purchase of the site of our, soon to be
constructed, new fire station in the Deer Park Commercial
Center.
Based
on the fee charged, you probably were lucky to earn
minimum wage. You put in many hours inspecting
potential sites, research, and many revisions to various
sales agreements. While the proposed site changed
and we encountered many roadblocks, your professional
attitude and patience was very much appreciated.
Despite the many frustrations caused by outside influences
beyond your control, you managed to keep a positive
attitude and provided much needed assistance when
needed. You kept everything on track and made the
purchase negotiations, and closing as smooth as possible
with everybody involved feeling good about the process and
the purchase.
If
I can serve as a reference to potential clients, please do
not hesitate to give them a copy of this letter or my
name. Again, thank you on behalf of Fire District
Two and its residents who will be well served by our new
station.
Sincerely,
Jon
